By using KindQuest you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app
KindQuest is a game that helps you get things done. It is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service and does not replace professional advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use KindQuest.
3. KindQuest+ subscription
- KindQuest+ is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID or Google Play account at the price shown before purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you are billed at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Virtual items
Coins, cards, styles and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Coins can only be earned by playing.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use the app to harass others, or try to access our servers in unauthorized ways. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Content
KindQuest, its characters, art and texts belong to us. Photos you take stay yours.
7. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
